Great stay on a great Thai island! Everything was great from arriving to departing. Staff was friendly, the bungalows itself were lovely and spacious, nice outside space to sit and relax in the evenings and watch the wildlife go by (fireflies, bats, geckos), and Bang Bao Bay is just stunning and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. We rented the snorkelling equipment from the hotel and went to the far right of the bay, stunning! We also used the complimentary kayaks and watched the sunset from the sea, beautiful. The restaurant of the property was right by the beach and pier and offered a lovely scenery. As the description stated there is no public swimming pool which was no issue whatsoever as the sea is so super shallow and the water is crystal clear. The beach is fairly narrow but it’s not crowded so no issue and another huge and stunning beach is only a 5 min motorbike ride from there too. Would definitely come back.

Brilliant. We were wowed from the moment we arrived. Staff couldn't do more if they wanted. Friendly, welcoming and on top of everything. From reception to waiters and cleaners. Rooms were plenty big enough, bathroom too. Outside beach area wonderful. Free use of kayaks which was great to explore. You can walk a fair way around the shore line to explore also. Nice and quiet and plenty of space for everyone. Koh Kood is a bit of a mission to get to but honestly worth it. If coming from Bangkok you can get bus (7hours I think) and then the ferry (1hour) you can also get a flight to Trat and then transport to pier and ferry. We flew back which was much less tiring. Reception can arrange transport if you wish it.

They were very polite,friendly and conducted their duties not as work but as people who cared for their guests and the service they provided. This exceptional quality was reflected from the trainee staff to front desk manager . The property location was perfect,accommodation very comfortable and of a high quality, the beach was clean, food and drinks were delicious . It was great the hotel encouraged guests to enjoy being amongst nature and appreciate the sounds of the wildlife, this added to the experience.There was nothing to even consider complaining about.We are already planning to return 😁😁😁😁

Very comfy beds, so so soft!! Great breakfast, beautiful landscaping, stunning location, very friendly staff :) and for a Thai island resort the desserts here are exceptional - and that's not common in Thailand! There are also cute baby piglets next door, the sea even in green season is so warm and clear and calm, very tropical paradise x Also the TVs have Netflix in which you can hook up to your own account which was a brilliant bonus! We hired the honda clicks they had on site which were good too.

Resort is very nice, rooms are big spacious , clean and well kept, ours were higher up so with a view to the bay . Staff were very kind , cheerful all the time. The whole island is great with lots of nature , relatively untouched beaches , cute coffees and restaurants.
